They have a atomic number which means how many atoms are needed to make that element.So Hydrogen's atomic number is 1 so it has 1 atom. There are elements made from atoms like Cobalt, Hydrogen, Oxygen, Nitrogen and more. Atoms join into molecules. Molecules turn into cells. Cells turn into us people. Atoms are very interesting. There
